Where We Come From

For over a decade, CxS operated at the intersection of automotive audio and semiconductor distribution across Asia. In 2021, we made a deliberate shift, building a diversified portfolio of businesses not just as an investor, but as a co-founder, operator, and market entry partner combined.

Since then, we have grown BangEdge, TradingLab, and Payda from zero to annual revenues between USD 300,000 and USD 1 million, organically, without external funding. That is the foundation of everything we do today.

Our Model

CxS is a principal investment and operating partnership company. We deploy our own capital, our networks, and our on-the-ground expertise to build and scale businesses across Asia. Our strongest markets are Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Korea. We are already here, and we bring that advantage to every partnership we form.

We do not manage from a distance. We support market entry, drive sales, run marketing, and build operations alongside our partners, because the best returns come from genuine involvement, not passive ownership.
